My name is Narender Reddy Patlola. My wife works as a teacher in an early childhood centre, and we have two wonderful children. I am originally from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Our family values and strong roots in community service inspire everything I do.

Work Background
In India, I served as a government schoolteacher, instilling knowledge and values in the next generation. After migrating to New Zealand in 2003, I worked as a manager for Mobil from 2003 to 2022. Over these years, I developed extensive experience in customer service, team management, and operational efficiency.
Interests
Giving back to the community is a core part of who I am. I am a regular blood donor and actively support those in need. As a member of the Sathya Sai group, I contribute to monthly food donations, feeding 90–100 homeless individuals. I also enjoy staying informed about current affairs.
Community Involvement
From 2007 to 2022, I served as a president in various community services, dedicating my time and effort to supporting the well-being of others. Even today, I continue to provide advice and lend a helping hand to community initiatives, engaging with members to foster a strong, united society.

Great customer service is about building trust, showing respect, and genuinely caring for people. I believe in going above and beyond to meet customer needs, fostering relationships that are built on kindness and reliability.
Freedom has been a godsend to me. Trapped without transport and a work site not covered by public transport, I was in a quandary about how to get to work. Then I saw an ad for Freedom. Problem solved. My driver picks me up at Silverdale and takes me to work then returns me home. He is always punctual and the vehicle is always immaculately clean. Awesome! Thank you Freedom!
