Freedom Companion Driving COVID-19 Policy

Updated: September 12, 2022

COVID-19 is a continually evolving pandemic, and requirements are subject to change with minimal notice. We will continue to keep our drivers informed of any changes to the current framework and requirements. Further information and updates are available on the Ministry of Health website.

New Zealand’s COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic lights) ended Monday 12 September 2022. This means that you are no longer required to wear a mask while traveling with Freedom Companion Driving. We recommend if you’re feeling unwell or have concerns to please wear a mask. If you would like your driver to wear a mask, feel free to ask us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For further information please refer to the official website: https://covid19.govt.nz

Transport you can trust

Freedom Companion Driving offers a personal, caring, reliable (and often cheaper) alternative to taxis. You can trust our drivers to get you where you’re going, and provide extra support at either end of the journey.
