The Freedom Four – competed at a lawn bowls tournament in Helensville recently.
We played over 2 days a variety of games – Pairs, Fours, Triples. We won 7 games out of 8, coming in at 2nd place.
Lin also won 1st prize in the raffle so a great weekend at bowls.

But wait, there’s more, another day, another competition.
This time Ruth & Lin played in the Bowls North Harbour Masters competition – set up for any player in the 60+ age bracket.
The discipline this time was pairs, and although we didn’t win, we came close!
